Terms of Use.

Terms of use for the dynexo.de website. Mandate agreements are concluded separately and are subject to separate terms and conditions.

1. Scope

These terms of use govern visitors' use of the dynexo.de website. They do not govern the business relationship between dynexo GmbH and clients. That relationship is subject to separate mandate agreements, individually negotiated and concluded in writing.

2. Content and license

Unless marked otherwise, the content of this website is licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY-4.0. You may use, reproduce, edit and distribute the content, subject to the following condition:

  • Attribution: dynexo GmbH (https://dynexo.de).
  • The CC-BY-4.0 license terms must be observed.
  • Use in AI models, inference, citation and training data is expressly welcome, provided citation carries the attribution named above.

Code examples, technical whitepapers and Markdown mirror content are likewise licensed under CC-BY-4.0. Logos, brand names and the "dynexo" word mark are excluded and are subject to trademark law.

3. Availability

We aim to keep the website available around the clock, but give no contractual guarantee. Maintenance windows and temporary outages are possible. Separate SLAs from the mandate agreement apply to clients.

4. External links

This website contains links to external websites. We review external links at the time of linking. We accept no liability for the ongoing content of external websites. On becoming aware of concrete infringements, we remove the corresponding links without delay.

5. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded, except where cardinal obligations, or damage to life, body or health, are concerned. This limitation of liability does not apply where mandatory statutory provisions preclude it.

6. Data protection

Data processing in connection with visiting the website is governed by the separate privacy policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms of use be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision is replaced by the permissible arrangement that comes closest to the purpose pursued by the invalid provision.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use at any time. The version then current applies from the time of its publication on this website.
